This comprehensive chassis package sets the standard for International Scout restorations, providing every necessary component to ensure your build not only meets but exceeds the highest expectations in performance and reliability. Available for both the Scout 80/800 & Scout II.

Velocity Exclusive Frame

• Design: Custom engineered by Roadster Shop, specifically for Velocity, to offer optimal daily driving and off-road performance.

• Construction: Premium 2” x 4” boxed carbon steel tubing, .120” thick, CNC laser cut to eliminate weak points common in traditional tubing.

• Features: Specially braced frame rails, crossmember tailored for 10L80E transmission, and modifications to ensure a perfect body fit. Front and Rear Splined sway bars enhance stability and handling.

Suspension & Steering

• Setup: 4-link suspension on both front and rear, with an adjustable high-level trac bar

• Performance: Afco adjustable coilover springs and a Fox adjustable steering stabilizer.

Fuel System

• Tank: Velocity's exclusive 15-gallon aluminum tank with dual corner pickups and a full-height center baffle, designed for challenging inclines and reduced sloshing.

• Pump: GM-style fuel pump hat assembly, internally regulated at ~58psi, supports up to ~800 HP without external modifications.

• Lines: Complete installation of stainless steel fuel lines, powder-coated for durability and aesthetics.

Drivetrain

• Engine: Chevrolet LT1 6.2L V8, boasting 455 HP and 460 LB-FT of torque.

• Transmission: 10L80E-E 10-speed automatic, fully controlled by an integrated TCM for seamless operation.

• Transfer Case: Atlas II with twin stick cable shift, providing a 1:1 high range and a 3:1 low range for diverse driving demands.

• Drive Shaft: Custom shafts equipped with Double Cardan CV joints, engineered for enhanced strength and durability.

• Mounts and Lines: Includes motor mount brackets with rubber motor mounts, GM Performance Starter, and robust stainless steel brake and fuel lines.

• Flexibility: 6AN push-on style rubber hose ensures compatibility with ethanol and provides flexibility at critical connection points.
